Our fee philosophy explained

At AccountsCo we try to be completely transparent with our tariffs and, where possible, we work to a published rate card. Our standard fees for our business and personal clients are outlined below. If what you need is not shown, or you feel that you need a more specialised service, please contact us or arrange a free meeting.

Fees to start and run a business in another European country

If you would like to set up a business in another European country please contact us. We will discuss your needs and the complexity of your business and provide you with a quote that is suited to your situation.

Money laundering regulations

Before we take on a new client we need to follow certain rules. These rules ensure that we understand our clients’ needs and that we follow the requirements of the UK Money Laundering Regulations. This usually means that we will need two acceptable photo IDs and one acceptable proof of address. We will also need to understand the scale and scope of the work and where any funds will come from.

Residency obligations

Before we register the business we will also seek to understand the businesses residency. We can register businesses for non-UK residents (the process is usually the same as for UK-residents) but we will normally seek to understand which jurisdictions the business will need to pay tax in and advise you accordingly.
